From the very first conversation to the final delivery of your film, our process is built to feel seamless, elevated, and deeply personal. Every experience we offer is rooted in connection, trust, and storytelling.
What It Feels Like to Work with Gateway Visuals
Step One: The Video Discovery Call
Every couple begins with a private video discovery call. This is where we connect face-to-face, learn your story, and understand what matters most to you. We also walk you through exclusive film clips so you can truly understand our approach and style. This call ensures that we are aligned creatively and emotionally before moving forward.
Step Two: A Curated Booking Experience
Once you decide to move forward, you receive an all-in-one digital booking agreement. This allows you to review your selected experience, choose any additional services, sign your agreement, and submit your retainer in one seamless flow. A 50 percent non-refundable retainer officially reserves your date(s).
Step Three: Pre-Production Planning
Before filming begins, we schedule a pre-production call to map out your story. This includes timelines, locations, key relationships, and moments that deserve extra attention. This planning allows us to move with purpose and discretion on your wedding days.
Step Four: Documentary Cinema Coverage
Our team arrives early, dressed in professional show blacks, ready to document your experience as it unfolds naturally. We prioritize candid dialogue, emotional connection, and real interactions between you and your loved ones. You never need to perform. You simply live your day.
Step Five: Post-Production Story Review Call
Before editing officially begins, we schedule a Post-Production Story Review Call. This is a collaborative conversation where we briefly revisit your wedding experience and highlight the moments that hold the most meaning to you.
This conversation helps us shape your film with greater intention, ensuring your final wedding film reflects not only what happened, but how it felt to live it.
Step Six: Final Film Delivery
Your completed film is delivered within 8 to 12 weeks after your Post-Production Story Review Call via a custom shareable digital gallery, along with thoughtfully curated keepsakes. Your wedding film is presented as a legacy piece meant to be revisited for years to come.
